Kokes Properties Management Expands Into Affordable Housing

WEST WINDSOR, NJ – Kokes Properties Management (“Kokes”) is proud to announce that it recently took on the management of The Hamlet at Bear Creek, a 61-unit, income-restricted multifamily complex located in West Windsor Township. Nestled away in a forested setting near the intersection of Village and Old Trenton Roads, the property offers 55+ residents an opportunity to enjoy their golden years in a peaceful, neighborly environment that embodies community.  

As Kokes aims to establish a foothold within New Jersey’s affordable housing space, the move marks a strategic expansion of the firm’s property management division, which had previously only served market-rate communities. Following its appointment by the Hamlet’s owners as property manager in January, the Kokes team has been working diligently to foster constructive working relationships with township officials and the New Jersey Housing & Mortgage Financing Agency in an effort to facilitate an orderly transition of the Hamlet’soperation as well as to enhance the overall living experience for community residents.
