Kokes Properties Management Oversees Major Capital Improvements Project at The Hamlet at Bear Creek
WEST WINDSOR TWP, N.J.- Kokes Properties Management has successfully overseen and completed a comprehensive capital improvements project at The Hamlet at Bear Creek, a 61-unit, age-restricted, affordable, apartment community located in West Windsor Township, New Jersey.
Originally constructed in the early 2000s, the community required significant reinvestment to address natural aging and deferred maintenance from prior ownership. The extensive project encompassed critical site improvements, including repairs to the stormwater management system, curbs, and sidewalks, as well as the complete resurfacing of the parking lot and roadways. Additional upgrades were made to the garbage enclosures, and the buildings underwent a full exterior cleaning of roofs, siding, and gutters to enhance the appearance and provide for longevity.
Beyond exterior enhancements, Kokes Properties Management has launched a unit renovation program focused on interior upgrades and continues to implement HVAC and mechanical system improvements for current residents. Together, these efforts demonstrate a long-term commitment from ownership and management to the comfort, safety, and well-being of the community’s residents.
