Pre-Leasing Begins for Final Building at The Mill at Riverside

RIVERSIDE, NJ - Kokes Properties announced that pre-leasing has begun for the final 64-unit residential building at The Mill at Riverside, the firm’s flagship multifamily community located at the historic Taubel’s Mill site in Riverside, New Jersey.
